Tim and Bonnies Pizza in Springville

They have the best wings there big I love the food here. Super nice people. Come on down and see for yourself don't take my word for it.. All the food is great.. Yum

I ordered wings with extra sauce. I specifically asked for swimming. I got to my camper and I had a box of dry wings and one container of flavorless, oily, mystery stuff. Where was the extra sauce I paid for? This is the second time, I thought I'd give them one more shot...maybe they were having a bad day the first time. Not only that, the dough is exactly the same color, thickness, and texture...I might as well get Wegmans, Tops, or Walmart pizza. They use premade dough too. The sauce is bland, but they do put on a decent amount of toppings. It's the only real game in town, so they can get away with mediocrity. 35 mins. for premade dough and dry wings with "extra" sauce that tastes like melted margarine...last time they get our money.

Unfortunately I would give them no stars if I could but I have to give them at least one star. Myself and my family had a very bad experience here today. We ordered a sheet pizza and it took a very long time to get it brought to our table.Once we had the pizza in our possession it was very doughy and undercooked, the sauce tasted like it was out of a can and not made. The Dough was not kneaded into the corners of the pan so it made for a small sheet Pizza. There was four of us, we ate four or five pieces from it before we decided we couldn't take it anymore. And once I brought it up to the management I was treated rudely, and arrogantly as if I was wrong.I asked for a refund on just the pizza and not the four sodas that we had, and was only given half of a refund, not a full refund, and the rest of the pizza it was thrown away by the staff. Unfortunately I cannot and will not recommend this place.

By far the slowest place in Springville. Call in orders they tell you 25 mins and you wait there for forty for a small cheese and pepperoni. I won't be back ever. Terrible service with a staff that doesn't care

Yes holy cow.I live in Mississippi and I look forward to Tim and Bonnie's pizza. I always get a sheet so I can freeze it AND enjoy it when I get a chance.It's the best pizza I have ever had.

My husband came home RAVING about the Chicken Soulvaki he had today and "encouraged" me strongly to post a comment! He LOVED it. Best of luck to Tim and his wife Bonnie and their new partner. Looking forward to sampling many other dishes!!

I shared a steak sub with my father. The portions were decent, service was fast and the sub itself was great! Whatever chips they serve are habjt forming. So good!

If i could leave a zero star review, I would. The head manager, believe her name is Mary, was extremely rude to my girlfriend and I. She refused to let us order our steak subs the way we wanted them!!!! Then continued to mock my girlfriend for working at blasdell pizza! We get out subs and to my surprise... They we're terrible! I ordered provolone cheese, it was white American because she told me she's not putting provolone on it for me. Refused to let us order it with mayo on it too!!! I am never, ever going there again. Absolutely disappointed and offended. This picture explains it all.

Food was great! Customer service def lacking

Went there for 60 cent wings. Got 30 wings and 2 fountain drinks and it cost me $30! Found out after I paid that there was a upcharge for the flavor wings I got which the sign didn't say. Wings were what you would expect them to be. Good but not $30 good. Won't be going there for the wing special again.

Sub of the month...steak 3 different ways

Recently changed their prices and menus, while not updating the website and refused to honor their current prices on the menu online. Meanwhile the cashier was extremely rude and very ignorant and called us names as we left. 10/10 will not be going here again

Got the sub of the month, the steak deluxe. I had ordered it with toasted roll, mayo, mushrooms, onions, banana peppers, provolone cheese. What I got was a steak, onion, and that was it.not happy.

Steak deluxe sub is awesome, get it all the time. Very nice people.

Decent food. Nice little place to stop in for a break while passing through. Chemicals in bathroom smell really weird though and carry into restaurant. Not completely sure what that's about... but the food was standard fare and good.

My first visit and I felt like I knew the staff for years. They actually talk to you using your name (Tina, your wings are just about done). Very acomadating. Reasonable wait time even on a busy day. Average prices. Plenty of parking. Quality of food is both average and above average (wings were great, pizza slightly above average, they use traditional small pepperoni. I love that pepperoni). I definitely recommend this place, especially if you need comfort food in a place where they treat you like a friend.

typically screws up my order on a weekly basis. luckily I'm not allergic to anything or else I'd be dead from putting things on I didn't order. The lady behind the counter is usually quite rude. she argues with everyone, customers and employees both. my friend John loves the food ( which when not messed up is sometimes decent. ) I needed a fork for my boneless wings last week and she wouldn't bring me one. she said i had to follow her up to the counter and get one. (news flash ... i don't work here). typically it takes forever to get food and i usually just watch it as it sits on the counter waiting for her to bring it out. the fries are good. just don't expect them with the rest of your food, or at all on some nights. "oh whoops sorry I forgot " is the typical excuse. why do I go back you ask? because everywhere else is closed past 10. maybe I'm just getting old and grumpy but that lady drives me and everyone else nuts

Food was awesome after a day at the sculpture park. Ms.Mary was so awesome and provided excellent service and even has a bucket of sanitized toys the kids could play with while they waited for food. Prices were surprisingly low for the quality of food and service provided

Boneless wings we had were good but the pizza was not. Sauce had no taste and the cheese was not good quality. Would not go back there again!!

Businesses that have fully opened for dining and takeout as soon as they were able show pride in what they do and dedication to their customers. Very disappointed in Tim & Bonnies.

Went in to bowl with 4 kids. The lane we were given wasn't working properly. The lady in the lane next to us told us that she had asked to be moved because she also had problems with it.We asked to be moved after about 20 minutes of problems with the lane and were told there was no alternative lane available.Asked for a refund since with 4 children a non working lane is not a good time. We were given half of what we spent overall back.When questioned about the other part of the total we were told the shoe rental and the partial game could not be refunded.Manager was rude and had attitude about it.Clearly profits are above customer's experiences. Don't waste your time bowling here.

Called ahead and ordered a dine in sub, ready, nicely made and inexpensive with good service.

First and only time going to the springville location. Ordered a chicken finger sub a few days ago. When I bit into it, it didn’t taste right. It had pink in the middle of it. I only had 1/4 of the sub I had before I realize there was pink and at that point I end up throwing the whole thing out. Then woke up the next morning vomiting like there was an exorcist that happened in my bathroom. Very big mess from such little of the food I ate. And remember, that was the first and only thing I ate. The sub made me lose my appetite from the little I did eat. Only gave 2 stars because the food poison gave me a reason to not go to work for a couple days.

I used to love this place. As of late there has been a dropoff, and tonight sealed it. I ordered a taco and an order of fries. The taco came and I asked about my fries. The lady at the counter said that I didn't order fries and I must have just thought I did. No attempt to correct the issue just dismissivly telling me that I must have been mistaken.

Horrible isn't even a strong enough description of this place. Not only was the food disgusting the owner is an opinionated, she is blantanly antiamerican. She was rude, degrading, and obnoxious when it came to the patriotic shirts my son, boyfriend, and I were wearing. If she doesn't like this country.....Canada isn't too far away....go there instead. My advice is to stay far far away from this place! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Three great locations.

All foid is very good and the puzza is exceptional. I live in Florida but whenever i come back to western NY this place is a place i go for food if i have even the smallest of oppertunity. A gotta have before i leave back to FL.

Great ham sub. Chef salad was perfect, tasted like home made ranch dressing. The help was very friendly.

Tim and Bonnie's opened yesterday in Gowanda so we picked up dinner from there. It was ready so incredibly fast and it was absolutely delicious. I was thoroughly impressed. We'll definitely be eating from there again. It's refreshing to have another option like this in town.

Really tired of this place. They mess up my order EVERY time!! How does that happen? They also started using much smaller rolls for their subs, yet continue to charge outrageous prices. They used to use huge rolls for their subs....which is why they charged about $3 - $4 more per sub than other restaurants. Well, they started using regular costanza rolls for their subs, but continue charging the price for the bigger sandwiches. In fact, they even increased their prices, and they can’t even get my order correct? It’s ridiculous. Tim & Bonnie’s in Springville needs a makeover or new management, or something. Reduce your prices. Stop ripping people off.

Do yourself a favor. This place is amazing! I have eaten there twice now, both times were absolutely outstanding. Not only is it one of, if not the best pizzas I've ever had, but the staff helps to put it over the top overall. Very friendly and clearly take an amazing amount of pride in providing only the best. Will continue to eat here whenever I am in town. Thank you.
